 It’s taken me years to defeat an eating disorder (or 3), uncover the truth about our food industry and the lies and processed food it has jammed down our throats, and finally begin eating in a way that nourishes my vessel.

Learn more about micro and macronutrients, what and how I'm eating, grab some recipes, and work with me to figure out what your specific nutritional needs are! Each human has different genetics, microbiome make-up, and food preferences; your diet needs to be tailored to you, not that chick with the banging body you follow on Instagram.

Humans are complicated. I stay woke in trying to learn constantly & do so with an open mind. Journey with me as I dive deep to figure out as much as I can about the brain, the 2nd brain (your gut!), psychology, meditation, energy, hormones, emotions, spirituality, the world, and whatever else I discover along the way. We can never stop learning, fam. Growth is the glow up.
