My all time FAVORITE protein bars; and that’s saying something…I’ve tried just about everything out there. Raw Rev Glo bars are vegan, full of fiber and healthy fat, and absolutely delicious. Pro tip: put your bar on a plate and heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds — you’ll think you’re eating a fresh out of the oven cookie! *they contain nuts
Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. If you know, you know. Dinner not tasting right? Just add some seasoning and you’ll be saved. (Seriously, I keep this stuff with me at all times)
J Bryant Fitness Bands are by far the best mini bands that I’ve used. They stand the test of time, unlike many others that have snapped on me. (I’ve had these for over 3 years but bought more to give out to clients!) I also love the BEAR barbell pad for my barbell hip thrusting needs. Check out this workout to use both of these items!
Young Living’s essential oils and Thieve’s products. My favorite non-toxic cleaning supplies — one bottle of Thieve’s household cleaner (make sure to dilute it with water per bottle instructions) has lasted me over 2 years!
My favorite blending companion. Best part about the Nutribullet is that it’s small so you can take it with you when you travel! If you need a blender, I highly recommend it.
